Your 2008 property tax refund return is due by Aug. 17, 2009. However, you have one year from the due date to file and claim the refund. If you do not file your 2008 Form M1PR by Aug. 16, 2010, you will not receive a refund. (If Aug. 15 falls on a weekend, returns filed by the next business day are considered timely.)
